A physical therapy that supports and strengthens the body's natural ability to balance itself.

It incorporates gentle manipulation of the limbs and joints, encourages movement and circulation of blood and qi, stimulates the circulatory, lymphatic and hormonal systems and can also be a deep meditative practice beyond just the physical. It falls in the category of preventative health encompassing the physical body, psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects of being.

It is a calm and deeply relaxing practice naturally but also powerful and dynamic. This is a well being practice that can promote energy flow, help relieve stress and tension and treat pain with the use of various tcm techniques and tools (palm/finger pressure, acupoint palpation, cupping, moxa, guasha) to support and help regulate the automatic nervous system.

Treatments are perfectly suited to any environment as they are fully clothed and oil free.
