Yin Flow is a practice grounded in oriental therapy. It’s a practice that manipulates the connective tissue (fascia) or network of the body and lubricates the joints for greater mobility. It can also be a deep meditative practice beyond just the physical and its in the fascia that qi is believed to flow. This class is a physical therapy that supports and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself.

This class incorporates gentle movement within a yin framework. The main premise is to connect to the deeper aspects of the physical and energetic bodies; relieving the body of tension and opening it to greater circulation and blood flow through specific poses and movement.

Through Yoga Nidra, this class will help you relax your mind and body and allow you to experience a sense of stillness and blissful calm. It’s said to help boost the immune system, memory function, coordination, sleep hygiene and a multitude of other things. It’s a great practice for stress, physical tensions, fatigue, anxiousness etc

Zen Flow  Settle into a calming and energising journey through pranayama (breathwork), Qi Gong, Yin, and meditation. Each session will weave through these practices to restore, balance and rejuvenate your energy for the week ahead. A delicious blend of movement and focus, with layered options to suit beginners as well as those delving deeper into their personal practice.
